Quite urgent: How do I use/not use the "nobody" SSH login (I paid for Troublehoot add-on)

When I go to troubleshoot a device, it logs me in automatically as the Linux “nobody” account. I would like to instead log into our standard account or alternatvely as root. So where is the config to do that? I remember receiving a support email or ticket, but cannot locate it at the moment. I can’t really do anything with the “nobody” login, so not sure why it does that by default.

Thank you!

The user that the remote terminal will use is defined by the variable User from the /etc/mender/mender-connect.conf configuration file as described in here.
Please keep in mind that user needs to exist already as a local user in the device.
