For several days, mailing list mode was disabled, so anyone using the forum in mailing list mode will have missed some emails. This was triggered by a change Discourse made to a default setting without giving clear warning (see "mailing list mode" mysteriously deactivated - support - Discourse Meta).
It has now been enabled again, so you should continue to receive emails normally as you did before.
