Getting mender-monitor unauthorized URL error on /some/ devices but most work fine with Getting Started script

Installing mender-monitor (1.3.0)

Told my colleague they should re-install RaspberryPi OS onto SD card. Hopefully that will fix it, but is there a quicker short-cut?

My colleague said perhaps it’s because we had these MAC addresses on a now cancelled Mender account, so they’re still associated with /it/ somehow, though I cannot login. I cancelled the account because I don’t need it personally - it was just a test account. Their account is the production one with all the devices.
