Will deployment logs from standalone deployment be send to mender server after switching to daemon mode?
No, you have to capture these manually.

I see that /var/lib/mender/ is storage for managed mode logs, but there is no standalone logs among them
No, the only logs you get are from the command line, so you need to capture it with >& logfile.txt.
