@TheYoctoJester I tried to boot kirkstone image with u-boot 2024.04 and found out that boot process stalls on the same point as described there: Trouble getting RPi4 to work - #7 by Vladimir. Then, I cherry-picked two commits from scarthgap branch of meta-mender-community repo:

And I’m able to boot after these changes. Could I ask, please, should it be ported from scarthgap to kirkstone branch? Thanks.
