I’m encountering an issue with terminal access via the Mender web interface. When I click on “Connect Terminal”, it opens a new terminal window, but the screen remains blank and unresponsive. This behavior persists even after rebooting the device.
Has anyone experienced this before or have suggestions for troubleshooting?

So the remote terminal on this specific device was working already and stopped to do so? Can you directly access the device and access the logs, via journalctl -u mender-connect?

I don’t have access right now. I received a popup saying, ‘Connection with the device established,’ but no terminal access was granted. Once access is granted, I will share the logs.
