As you said, this is issue with the network. Currently it is working, only sometimes it gives that error.
I tried with increasing data partition size to 128MB, but still data partition is empty.
What may be the reason?
No idea. It seems that something is incorrect with your build. Can you share the exact set of steps that you used to generate the build?
