I’ve a stupid question - can I create a new artifact from an mender based sdimg?
Because I did a lot of changes on my SDIMG with mender and I want to write them back for a new artifact

Any chance?

I have not tried it but if it doesn’t work, it certainly could be made to work. @mirzak any idea if the 2.3 beta supports this?

The beta supports it! Try getting the beta from here and use the snapshotting functionality. You can read more about how to use the feature in our documentation.
