@deku I’m fairly certain that the entire 13GB will be written which is a large part of the apparent slowdown. I know there were some planned optimizations for write speed and maybe @kacf can comment further. Drew

I don’t know the specifics but I assume the progress reported by Mender in standalone mode is real. Maybe buffering is causing issues? @kacf any ideas?
