# Where is mender hosted?

Hi all,

a client of mine planning to use a hosted mender subscription (Professional or Enterprise, not sure yet, if that makes a difference) and the client would like to know how and where client-specific data is being kept & secured. Specifically, he’d like to know in which countries / regions mender data centers reside and if there are any options to limit this to specific data centers? The best information on this I could find by googling is [Privacy - Mender Hub](https://hub.mender.io/privacy), but it doesn’t seem to include this information.

the Hosted Mender offer is served from `us-east-1`. If you have specific needs concerning hosting or regulations, then it is best to get in touch with us directly.
