# Remote Connection Issue

Hi I am using trial plan for testing capacity of mender. Now I can not connect my device(Nvidia-jetson-nano) remotely I am getting the following error. Do you know why I am getting this error?

What can is send I am opening to [mender.io](http://mender.io) login and after 3-4 minutes I am getting this error.
