# Not able to see my device on mender cloud portal

I have accepted the device once. After some I decommissioned it with dismiss the certificates. Now I have reinstall the Ubuntu 22.04 OS and reinstall the mender setup but now I am not able to see the device in pending state mender cloud.

I am seeing below in logs.  
record\_id=1691 severity=error time=“2025-Feb-03 14:57:01.822289” name=“Global” msg=“Failed to submit inventory: Unauthorized error: Cannot submit API request”

Can anyone please help how to resolve this and start seeing my device online?

Is there anything changed in

```auto
sudo bash get-mender.sh mender-client4

```

? I feel it seems working with `mender setup` but not working in `mender-setup` command?
