# Mender Server Production Installation with Kubernetes fails: failed to connect to db Error reaching mongo server

We are trying to install the mender server open source version with Kubernetes in an OnPremises Server which won’t have a domain name and won’t be exposed to the internet.

After pulling the helm packages the services started running except mender-deployments-migration services.

The error logs show failed to connect to DB: Error reaching Mongo  
server. Screenshot attached:

Please help us to resolve this. If anyone has done mender server deployment in an OnPremises Server Please share the documentation or steps followed.

Can you please share your values.yaml file? Please make sure you don’t share any secret or password.
