# Mender OS Server Master Branch user auth not found

Hello,

I tired 3.4 and it didn’t seem to work see. [Setting up Mender OS Server 3.4 via load balance](https://hub.mender.io/t/setting-up-mender-os-server-3-4-via-load-balance/5475)

So tired master setting up using the standard guide.  
try to log in  
I get the error  
There was a problem logging in. Please check your email and password. If you still have problems, contact an administrator…  
This is the error in the console
