Right now, I’m trying to use Mender Connect on our self-hosted dev environment.
However, when I click the “Connect Terminal” button, I get a 400 websocket failed error.
I’ve tried using the same client configuration with the Mender Hosted Server, and it works fine there.

Our server and client-side gateway are established on Google Cloud Platform, and we also use traefik.
Besides, in our server’s Upgrades and add-on page. It seems like we don’t have these add-ons. Is it the problem why I cannot use the mender-connect function or is there any other problems I missed?

@Yoyo if the Troubleshoot Add-On is not active then the remote terminal will not be functional, correct. For an on-prem Enterprise instance, please contact [support@mender.io](mailto:support@mender.io) to get this solved.

Thanks!
