Hi,
According to [Release version and schedule | Mender documentation](https://docs.mender.io/release-information/release-schedule), the current mender-client LTS release is version 3.6. I am using Yocto Kirkstone (LTS), and there, the mender client is at version 3.5.2. Is there a plan to upgrade it to the LTS version (3.6), or are you recommending a different mender client version when considering an LTS project?

Hi @rcernea,
This might be a confusing side of the bundle release strategy. The 3.6 release is actually using the 3.5.x client family, which also is the last golang based version. Mender Client 4.0 is the current recommended choice, as it offers a number of benefits, and is actively maintained and developed for longer time frames now.
