# Mender client failed to connect with server

Hi Mender community,

I came across an issue where in we are not able to connect to mender server once the internet in the device is temporarily gone. I saw over community this is very common issue but didn’t found any solution for the same. Can any help with the reason or solution on why mender-connect fails to connect to the server , once the IP goes temporarily?

Below are the logs I am getting from mender-client:  
**"The server certificate cannot be loaded , no file provided.**  
**failed to connect to url , malformed ws or wss URL."**

FYI: We are using Yocto Zeus.
