# Jetson AGX Orin from meta-mender-community meta-mender-tegra doesn't build

When building for jetson-agx-orin-devkit and following the instructions indicated on the page:

I see the following error:

If this change is expected (e.g. you have upgraded to a new version without updating the checksums) then you can use these lines within the recipe:
SRC_URI[sha256sum] = "190f499f5cff26f62a911d25a8e4c384db613a1887cbce17bcbe5810be0f36c9"
Otherwise you should retry the download and/or check with upstream to determine if the file has become corrupted or otherwise unexpectedly modified.

Changing the expected checksum in the manner indicated - just to see if that helps - does not resolve the issue. Has anyone else seen and resolved this issue?

The answer is that since the `kas` yaml file can only pull a branch using a specific commit tag, if the branch is updated elsewhere and that commit hash is no longer compatible with the latest version of that branch - you are in deep doo-doo. That appears to be what happened on the scarthgap branch. I updated the commit tags in the `jetson-agx-orin-devkit.yml` locally to the latest scarthgap hashes (`git show-ref scarthgap`) and now the build works. I did not push my change because I feel like too much of an amateur to do that.
