# Integrating Mender with EDK2 Bootloader - Seeking Guidance

I’m trying to integrate Mender OTA updates with my device that uses the EDK2 bootloader. I’ve reviewed the Mender documentation and have a basic understanding of the requirements

Hi @Jay,

We have an example board integration for `qemuarm64` at [meta-mender-community/kas/qemuarm64.yml at scarthgap · mendersoftware/meta-mender-community · GitHub](https://github.com/mendersoftware/meta-mender-community/blob/scarthgap/kas/qemuarm64.yml) which also uses EDK2. You should be able to use this as a starting point.
