# Every 10s a pop up gets shown, and there's no way to stop it

Hi all,

when showing device details on [hosted.mender.io](http://hosted.mender.io), a pop up with the following message pops up every 10 seconds. This is distracting, especially on the _Troubleshooting_ page, where it overlays the _Mender Connect_ prompt. Can you change the pop up to not reappear again and again and again and again?

Thanks for reaching out! As far as I can tell, the bug is fixed on Hosted Mender. Are you running an on-prem instance?

Hi Josef San,

I’m running Mender in an on-premise setup with version 4.0.1, and I’m experiencing the same behavior where the pop-up appears every 10 seconds.
