# Delta Update Support

We have a system on raspberry pi, on which we want to test the delta update. But the issue is that from the delta update information page: [Robust delta update rootfs](https://hub.mender.io/t/robust-delta-update-rootfs/1144), I got to know that for mender client, we need to install read only root on raspberry pi 4.

We are using mender-converted Debian image procedure to create our application based mender image. I would like to know using mender-convert, how can I install read only root for raspberrypi Debian images?

Please let me know how I can use delta update feature in my application.
