# Balena Fin - Raspbian Buster

We use the [Balena Fin](https://www.balena.io/fin/1.1/docs/) with the Compute Module Lite 3+ and are not having any luck with current [Raspberry Pi 3 Model B/B+ Raspbian](https://hub.mender.io/t/raspberry-pi-3-model-b-b-raspbian/140/62) configs.

Does anyone have any experience with getting [mender.io](http://mender.io) to run on a Balena Fin? We are able to build an image following the mender tutorial, but it seems to brick the Compute Module.?

I haven’t heard about anyone using this combination, but maybe anyone from the Mender’s team or the community can share some experience.

What kind of errors are you getting? It doesn’t boot at all? Do you know how different is the u-boot configuration from the Balena Fin is from the standard Raspberry Pi?

Yes its an a great industrial interface board for the compute module. We would like to move all of our customers to using hosted mender interface.
