Does it shows whole device twin like tags and other things after integration or just only desired and reported property?

Thanks for reaching out! The Azure IoT integration synchronizes device twin information as documented at [Azure IoT Hub integration | Mender documentation](https://docs.mender.io/server-integration/azure-iot-hub#device-twin-management), but no inventory data.
