# Already installed, device failed to update

Hi,  
Thank you very much, roll back the client to 3.1.0 fixes the problem. I am not able to install the mender client in 3.2.1 using mender\_convert, it installs mender 3.2.0 even with “MENDER\_CLIENT\_VERSION=latest” any idea?
